Hi all,

I'm pleased to report that Xerces was awarded one project this year. Wei
Duan will be working on the XMLStreamReader for the StAX implementation in
Xerces-J. Her proposal (which I volunteered to mentor) was one of 24 which
were selected this year for the ASF. Congratulations Wei!
