Hello all,

I've added a new issue to JIRA [1] with some patches.  The patches add a
few features to support stand-alone validation modes (skipping unparsed
entity checking, skipping ID/IDREF checking, skipping identity constraint
processing) and the ability to dictate a root type declaration for the
validation root in a document.  These features can also be used to satisfy
some of the validation requirements necessary for XSLT 2.0.
