source 2003-01-07 - By Joseph Kesselman
You're asking about source for Xalan. This mailing list is for discussion of Xerces.
But to answer your question: go to http://xml.apache.org/, select the project you're interested in (Xalan Java 2), and select the "getting started" entry, which will tell you where you can download executable and source code packages.
To access the very latest (development) code, go back to the overview page and look under Information -- the sections called "get involved" and "repositories" will tell you about Apache's CVS servers.
